Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform routine tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC systems. You will inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires basic HVAC knowledge, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work under supervision, support parts delivery, and help keep vehicles and tools well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2 years' experience preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC operation and related accessories.
• Proficient in using HVAC tools and reading wiring diagrams.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Deliver parts/equipment and complete paperwork neatly and on time.
• Support field technician and service operations as needed.
