Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience operating computer-controlled machinery
• Ability to read blueprints or diagrams
• Technical certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Observe machine operation and adjust for quality (25%)
• Download or generate machine programs for operations (10%)
• Set up and operate machines with proper tooling (30%)
• Maintain material reporting and optimize material usage (10%)
• Perform First Piece Inspection and quality checks (10%)
• Participate in continuous improvement and corrective actions (5%)
• Use lifting devices and mobile equipment to handle materials (5%)
• Perform housekeeping and 5-S duties (5%)
