Job summary
Vipauto in Manchester, NH, seeks an Installation Technician to perform tire services, oil changes, MPI inspections, wheel alignments and preventive maintenance with a focus on safety and quality. You must follow VIP processes and ensure Service Work Orders are completed and visible during service.
A minimum of one year automotive service experience is preferred; ASE G1/A4 certifications are desirable; state inspection and TPMS/BATS training is a plus.
Qualifications
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions and procedures.
- Explain vehicle information to customers clearly and respond to questions.
- Diagnose basic automotive problems and recommend solutions.
- Apply written and oral instructions accurately.
- Possess ability to perform automotive services listed in duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire services, oil changes, and under-hood maintenance with safety as priority.
- Initiate and follow Service Work Orders and MPI requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized work area and report unsafe conditions.
- Safely handle parts, cores, and returns, and participate in shop maintenance.
- Adhere to VIP quality standards and participate in training.
