Job summary

VIP Tires & Service in Gorham, NH is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems, install tires and accessories, and ensure work is done right the first time. You will follow VIP safety and customer service programs and complete required LMS trainings.

The role requires at least 1 year of automotive service experience, a recommended two-year technical degree, and ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5) plus a state inspection license; you’ll work within a team to uphold VIP

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• State Inspection License required or preferred.
• ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5) highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Safety is priority; follow all safety policies and training.
• Provide diagnostics, repair, and maintenance per ASE standards.
• Maintain productivity targets (50%+ to 100% depending on role).
• Ensure Service Work Orders are initiated and parts are handled properly.
