Job summary

Qualifications

Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and procedures or regulations.
Explain vehicle information clearly to customers and respond to questions.
Diagnose and recommend solutions to automotive problems.
Ability to perform the automotive services listed above.
State Inspection License is a common requirement; ASE/G1/A4/A5 certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide automotive systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for customers.
Follow VIP safety and quality policies; ensure work is done right the first time.
Maintain productivity targets and complete service work orders and related paperwork.
