Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related automotive service experience.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program is recommended.
• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended.
• ASE Certification A4 – Suspension & Steering recommended.
• ASE Certification A5 – Electrical/electronic systems recommended.

Responsibilities

• Performs tire services, oil changes, under-hood services and MPIs.
• Executes wheel alignments and preventive maintenance per VIP standards.
• Initiates a valid Service Work Order and keeps it visible during service.
• Returns unused parts to the Desk Team and manages core/battery/tires handling.
• Maintains safety and housekeeping in the shop and follows VIP processes.
• Completes required LMS training and certification for the position.
