Job summary

VIP Tires & Service in Tilton, NH is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems, perform tire and maintenance services, and ensure work is completed right the first time. Follow VIP safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to maintain ASE and state certifications.

You will maintain Service Work Orders, source parts through the desk, and uphold quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• State Inspection License and ASE Certifications (G1, A4, A5) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide automotive systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for customers.
• Maintain workplace safety as Priority #1 and follow all safety policies and training.
• Ensure a valid Service Work Order is initiated and displayed during service.
• Complete required training and ensure compliance with VIP processes and regulations.
