Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience required.
• Diagnose and repair all makes and models.
• Michigan State Repair License required.
• ASE certification welcomed but not mandatory.
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix complex issues from check engine lights to engine quirks.
• Utilize scan tools (Autel, Snap-On, Launch) to complete diagnostics.
• Conduct digital vehicle inspections via TekMetric.
• Collaborate with service advisors to keep customers informed.
• Own and maintain an organized, efficient bay and workflow.
• Proficiently manage time and maintain quality in all work.
