Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• ASE certifications strongly preferred.
• State repair certifications highly preferred.
• Comfortable using scan tools, diagnostic software, and shop management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Diagnose complex drivability issues, check engine lights, and engine performance concerns.
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, electrical, and engine repairs.
• Use Autel, Snap-on, and Launch diagnostic tools to accurately identify vehicle issues.
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
• Communicate diagnostic findings clearly with service advisors to support accurate estimates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Consistently produce flagged hours while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
