Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician in Del Mar, California. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing European vehicles in a clean, professional shop environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend work.

Earn $100K-$150K+ annually with base pay of $33.88/hour and a hybrid pay plan; health, dental, vision and other benefits are provided after the probation period, along with ongoing training and team events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• A-Level European automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to document repairs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Document repairs and inspections accurately.
• Communicate with the service team throughout the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
