Job summary
GreatWater 360 Auto Care in West Olive, MI is seeking an experienced Master / Diagnostic Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair complex electrical and engine performance issues. The role involves mentoring teammates, performing advanced diagnostics, and delivering high-quality repairs with integrity.

Qualifications
- 5+ years as an automotive diagnostic technician with A-level certification experience.
- Must hold state and local certifications to legally perform work; MVR check required.
- Willingness to pursue ASE Master Technician status.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues
- Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems
- Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems
- Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs
- Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
