Caliber Collision’s Service Center Upland – Downtown is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform blueprinting, structural repairs, and precise reassembly to restore vehicles to factory specs.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff in a fast-paced shop environment. The role expects physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs, a no-shortcut mindset, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset with emphasis on precise repairs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute - clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring back factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy at all times.
