Job summary

Caliber Collision in San Diego is hiring an Auto Body Technician to join our busy service center. You will repair vehicles to factory specs, using blueprints and structural knowledge, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Requirements include at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a team-first attitude. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how with the ability to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Attention to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and high-quality repairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and safety in mind.
• Perform full collision repair from fender to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work and ensure factory-spec reassembly.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
