Caliber’s Service Center in Upland, CA, seeks skilled auto collision technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will perform frame work, panel repairs, and precise reassembly, collaborating with estimators and painters to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten and square frames to spec.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• -detail oriented with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay fit.
• Team-oriented with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area at all times.
