Job summary

Caliber Collision – Service Center Sylmar in California is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, frame and structural work, and precision reassembly, following factory specs and Caliber standards.

You’ll blueprint and execute repairs with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork to move cars through efficiently. With at least two years of hands-on experience, you’ll enjoy competitive pay, paid time off, holidays, and access to I-CAR and ASE

Qualifications

• Two years hands-on collision repair experience required.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square panels to factory specs.
• No-shortcuts mindset with emphasis on safe, quality repairs.
• Strong attention to detail on bolts, welds and finishes.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish in mind.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and uphold standards.
