Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on auto body repair experience.
• Frame straightening and structural repair capabilities.
• No-shortcuts approach; blueprint and repair to spec.
• High attention to detail with quality finishes.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish for safe road return.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
