Caliber’s Tyler South Service Center is seeking experienced collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will perform blueprinting and execution of full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame work, while maintaining safety and high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Quality workmanship with tightened bolts and welds.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring cars to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
