Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AR/AP, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP process at a high level and align offshore processing with policies.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments.
• Communicate with vendors to clarify invoice issues and ensure AP compliance.
• Serve as liaison between buyers and offshore AP team to update AP queue.
• Monitor offshore team communication queues for timely AP support.
• Collaborate with procurement and receiving to ensure correct POs and receipts.
• Support AR activities with customer service and production control.
• Identify root causes of invoice and credit memo errors and implement corrective actions.
• Work with offshore AR team to resolve AR issues and improve billing and cash application.
• Address ERP and inventory-related accounting mismatches and control weaknesses.
• Analyze recurring AP/AR problems and drive process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve AP/AR accuracy and information flow.
• Participate in audits by maintaining AP/AR documentation.
