SCI is seeking an Advance Planning Funeral Director in Stamford, CT to serve client families by arranging pre-need plans and engaging with local communities. You will act as the main contact for families and drive revenue for the location through personalized service and strategic referrals.

You will lead generation, build relationships, and work with funeral directors and staff to ensure high-quality service from initial contact through aftercare, aiming to protect families’ futures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation: prospecting daily, obtaining referrals, networking with communities, presenting to families, tracking activity.
• Build relationships with families: respond promptly, listen, understand needs, offer value, follow up for satisfaction.
• Teamwork: coordinate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service, review past contacts, share family concerns.
