Vail Resorts, Inc. is hiring for winter seasonal roles at our Colorado mountain locations, including Rentals team positions such as Cooks, Drivers, Instructors, and more. Starting pay ranges from $21.92 to $29.22 per hour, with full-time hours available and housing options.

The Rental team is responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service by assisting customers with rental equipment providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $21.92/hr - $29.22/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

Fit Boots, Skis, Snowboards and/or Poles to guest satisfaction

Ensure guests are well-equipped for a day on the mountain

Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment

Remain current on new industry products and trends while demonstrating knowledge of products

Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedure

Arrive on time, with proper, clean uniform and appearance

Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$21.92/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
