Vail Resorts, Inc. is hiring for winter seasonal positions at our mountain resorts. Roles include rental team positions with competitive hourly wages and benefits. Starting pay ranges from $21.92 to $29.22 per hour, plus free passes, lessons, and substantial employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience with rental POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fit Boots, Skis, Snowboards and/or Poles to guest satisfaction.
• Ensure guests are well-equipped for a day on the mountain.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Remain current on new industry products and trends while demonstrating knowledge of products.
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedure.
• Arrive on time, with proper, clean uniform and appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Rental team is responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service by assisting customers with rental equipment providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $21.92/hr - $29.22/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

The expected pay range is$21.92/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
