Northwestern Medicine invites applications for a Case Therapist I in the Adult Substance Program. This full-time role (40 hours weekly) provides high-quality social and behavioral health services, including assessment, crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and case management, within an interdisciplinary team in DeKalb, IL.

Required are a Master’s in Behavioral Health and licensure as an LSW or LPC, plus one year of supervised clinical experience and a valid IL driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health required.
• One year supervised clinical experience in behavioral health setting.
• Must have valid IL driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate requests for service.
• Intervene, stabilize, and manage acute crisis situations; participate in ECASP on-call rotation.
• Provide psychotherapy and case management services as indicated.
• Assess client needs, goals and resources; develop individual plans.
