Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health.
• Two years supervised clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Licensed to practice independently.
• Licensed: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, APN, or Clinical Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Complete Integrated Assessments and Treatment Plans per Medicaid and rule 2060.
• Assess and evaluate client needs, strengths, goals, and resources.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to review cases.
• Consult with center staff and other service agencies on cases.
• Create clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Train other providers in service specialties.
• Function as a cooperative member of the treatment team.
