Job summary

The Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licensing (DIAL) seeks a Unit Manager for the Adult & Special Services Unit within the Health & Safety Division. The role oversees certification, licensure, and enforcement across facilities such as assisted living, residential care, and child programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state standards.

• Oversee complaint triage and investigations with proper evidence gathering.
