Job summary

AlphaX RE Capital seeks a Principal Architect to lead single-family residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will manage feasibility, schematic design, permitting, and construction documentation with a focus on Revit-based production and California code compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15+ years of residential experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to mentor teams while coordinating with multiple consultants to deliver fast, buildable permit-ready documents.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, or equivalent).
• California architectural license (RA) or equivalent licensure.
• 10–15+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong experience with Bay Area residential development and single-family homes/townhomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for single-family homes and communities.
• Review and coordinate drawings with consultants to ensure buildable, permit-ready sets.
• Lead projects through Bay Area permit processes and mentor staff.
