Formación

• Direct experience in Adtech or digital media sales.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume sales environment.
• Proven background in account management and client retention strategies.
• Experience navigating Mid-Market or Enterprise level sales cycles is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and the Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a high-energy sales team to surpass revenue targets.
• Audit KPIs and pipeline health to recognize top performers and close gaps.
• Provide daily feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to sales reps.
• Manage team logistics, ongoing training, and daily sales activities.
