MarketStar is seeking a Sales Manager to support our X team, driving a high-energy sales culture and leading a team focused on real-time digital advertising platforms. You will coach reps, optimize pipelines, and ensure premier client experiences while aligning with MarketStar’s growth objectives.

The role is based in Ogden, UT with hybrid work options. Ideal candidates will have a background in Adtech, feature strong leadership skills, and thrive in fast-paced enterprise sales environments.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in Adtech or digital media sales.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume sales environment.
• Proven account management and client retention strategies.
• Experience navigating Mid-Market or Enterprise sales cycles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-energy sales team focused on X partnerships.
• Drive and surpass weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets.
• Provide daily coaching and performance reviews to team members.
• Manage team logistics, training, and daily sales activities.
• Navigate client needs by acting as a subject matter expert on X advertising products.
• Animate seamless workflows to keep the team focused on high-value sales interactions.
• Handle additional management tasks and strategic projects as assigned.
