Job summary

Cenavera Nutrition is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to manage ADP Workforce Now, payroll, benefits, and HR data across our corporate office in Scottsdale. You will ensure data accuracy, security, and insightful reporting to drive business decisions.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to optimize systems, implement automations, and support audits and compliance. This role reports to the Director of HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience managing Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Experience in multi-site or multi-state workforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of ADP system architecture, security, reporting tools, and integrations.
• Understanding of payroll cycles, taxes, ACA, and year-end processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now, including configuration and enhancements.
• Manage employee data lifecycle: onboarding, job changes, compensation updates, terminations.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain data integrity, audit controls, and security protocols.
• Develop HR reports and dashboards for leadership decisions.
• Handle compliance reporting (EEO-1, ACA, and state/federal requirements).
• Support benefits administration and vendor integrations.
• Identify automation and process improvements in HR workflows.
• Provide system training and support to HR team and managers.
• Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and vendor coordination.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
