Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now administrator to own the deployment and configuration of the platform, including payroll, time & attendance, HRIS, and benefits. The role focuses on shaping the employee experience and building self-service capabilities that are reliable and intuitive.

This position grows with the company as you optimize pay rules, deductions, and benefits while partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations to keep data current and compliant across

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience spanning payroll, time & attendance, and HRIS.
• Experience configuring pay rules, deductions, benefits, and timekeeping in ADP.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis, audits, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of ADP Workforce Now and configure capabilities.
• Run biweekly payroll for salaried, hourly, and commissioned staff.
• Manage off-cycle payroll runs for terminations, retroactive adjustments, and missed payments.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to audit requests with timely reporting.
• Configure time & attendance schedules for hourly employees and ensure accurate shifts.
