Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting seeks a Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations for about 1,000 USA employees, leveraging ADP Workforce Now with upcoming Workday implementation. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with federal/state/local laws, and drive process improvements across teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, a degree in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and best practices; willingness to learn Workday HCM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll accurately for assigned groups using ADP Workforce Now in compliance with regulations.
• Support tax filings, year-end processing (W-2s) and internal audits; ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain payroll data integrity through audits and data verification.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries and assist with SOPs and colleague questions.
• Contribute to documentation, training, and audits; safeguard confidentiality of data.
