The role focuses on full-cycle payroll processing using ADP, Workday, and Excel, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and compliant payroll records. This on-site position offers a competitive base salary of $90k–$100k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Experience with Workday.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll using ADP
• Handle off-cycle payroll payments and payroll-related adjustments
• Record payroll activity and reconcile journal entries in Workday
• Manage deductions, fringe benefits, and 401(k) elections
• Reconcile monthly payroll bank statements
• Resolve employee payroll questions and issues
• Support annual payroll/corporate audits and HR/Finance projects

This position will pay between 90-100K on a base salary depending upon experience and fit.
