Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP.
• Communicate with ADP on payroll issues.
• Prepare manual off-cycle payments.
• Enter general ledgers and reconcile payroll journal entries in Workday.
• Manage fringe benefits and deductions for payrolls.
• Maintain employee 401k elections.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Respond to payroll-related questions from employees.
• Assist with payroll audits and HR/finance projects.
• Perform ad hoc payroll tasks as required.

The role involves processing payroll for over 1,000 US employees and supporting finance and HR teams with various projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP
• Communicate with ADP on any payroll issues
• Prepare manual off-cycle payments
• Enter general ledgers and reconcile payroll journal entries in Workday
• Manage miscellaneous items for payrolls, including fringe benefits and deductions
• Maintain employee 401k elections
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Respond to employee payroll-related questions and issues
• Assist with payroll and corporate annual audits
• Assist with payroll-related projects for HR and finance teams
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required
