Job summary

Savory Fund is seeking a Payroll Integrations Specialist to own the onboarding of new brands into ADP, manage cross‑brand payroll integrations, and ensure every transition is smooth, compliant, and consistent. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ADP Workforce Now experience (including Smart Compliance), 3–5 years in payroll operations, and hands‑on work with high‑volume payrolls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ADP Workforce Now experience, including Smart Compliance.
• 3–5 years of payroll operations experience.
• Experience with high-volume payrolls (2,000+ employees).
• Ability to extract timekeeping data from multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the payroll integration process from start to finish for ADP systems.
• Lead onboarding of acquired brands into the ADP system and advise divestitures.
• Manage ADP projects including payroll system integrations and process improvements.
• Serve as the liaison between HRIS, Payroll Associates, and ADP.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and IT for data handoffs and configuration accuracy.
• Set up and maintain company codes, tax jurisdictions, earnings codes, and payroll schedules during acquisitions.
• Train and develop Savory Payroll Associates and brand Payroll Managers.
• Provide direct support to brand leadership and employees for payroll operations.
