Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Payroll Integrations Manager on a contract basis to drive end-to-end payroll execution for U.S. and international populations.

You will lead integration initiatives, coordinate with ADP Workforce Now, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and data integrity. In a fast-growing environment, you will optimize controls, support mergers or acquisitions, and streamline payroll processes while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including end-to-end U.S. payroll.
• Experience administering payroll with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience coordinating international payroll providers and global payroll.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly U.S. payroll via ADP Workforce Now accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations domestically and internationally.
• Reconcile payroll reports and benefit deductions.
• Coordinate international payroll vendors and validate data.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity for employees and contractors.
• Support payroll integrations during mergers or system changes.
• Communicate timelines and risks clearly with stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
