Job summary

iCatalyst, Inc. is hiring a Training & Adoption Specialist to support its federal program in the DC metro region. This role focuses on creating training programs, materials, and change-management activities to drive user readiness and successful technology adoption.

The position requires 4+ years of experience, MCT or APTD certification, and the ability to deliver in‑person, virtual, and hybrid sessions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years creating training materials and delivering user training.
• Experience supporting technology adoption and organizational change initiatives.
• Familiar with instructor‑led, virtual, and hybrid training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies to support user readiness and adoption of new technologies.
• Design and maintain training materials including guides, reference materials, and presentations.
• Deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for end users.
• Assess user needs and tailor training to ensure successful technology adoption.
• Support change management efforts and align training with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions and monitor adoption metrics.
• Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness to drive improvements.
• Ensure training complies with security, quality standards, and policy.
