Responsibilities

• Deliver C-FIRST training to DCS employees, in-person and virtually.
• Develop training materials for C-FIRST tasks.
• Generate data in the C-FIRST training sandbox.
• Collaborate with DoC and Deloitte SMEs to improve training content.
• Provide web-based technical assistance to staff.
• Use Microsoft Teams and other digital platforms to conduct training sessions.
• Collaborate with training team and program leadership to ensure training quality.
• Travel within Tennessee is required for in-person sessions.
