Job summary

iCatalyst Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a federal program. This hybrid role requires local presence in the DC/VA/MD area and on-site work as needed.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance. The role focuses on AI/NLP/ML/RPA tech initiatives with impact across mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical projects for federal programs.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; US citizenship required.
• Strong coordination with clients, sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• Coordinate with federal clients and stakeholders to align requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
