Job summary

Hillsboro Post Acute in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an experienced ADON / Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on mentoring staff, coordinating clinical operations, and partnering with families.

You will oversee day-to-day nursing activities, drive quality improvements, manage staffing, and participate in weekend on-call rotation. Current RN license in good standing and long-term care experience are highly valued.
