Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. This is a Monday–Friday leadership role with an on-call weekend rotation, offering mentorship to staff and a chance to drive clinical excellence.
You will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, coordinate regulatory readiness, quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident
Competenze
- Current RN license in good standing
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team-focused leader who leads by example
- Passion for serving seniors and supporting nursing staff
Mansioni
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
- Supporting and coaching nursing staff to promote excellent resident care
- Managing clinical processes, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
- Conducting rounds and addressing resident, family, and staff concerns
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Assisting with staffing, scheduling, and regulatory preparedness
- Participating in an on-call weekend rotation as part of the leadership team
