PACS Group's Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. This role emphasizes mentorship, clinical leadership, and teamwork within a supportive administration.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
• Supporting and coaching nursing staff to promote excellent resident care.
• Managing clinical processes, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conducting rounds and addressing resident, family, and staff concerns.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Assisting with staffing, scheduling, and regulatory preparedness.
• Participating in an on-call weekend rotation as part of the leadership team.
