Responsibilities

• Support the DON in leading supervisors, RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Help drive down rehospitalizations with close clinical oversight.
• Partner daily with nursing supervisors on operations and staffing.
• Ensure accurate, complete clinical documentation and survey readiness.
• Serve as a clinical point of contact for residents and families.
