Ventura Services Florida in Miami Springs, FL is recruiting a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing management team. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the ADON will help manage the Nursing department operations and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license, has long-term care management experience, and can collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care and maintain

Qualifications

• Current FL Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience in nursing management in a long-term care environment.
• Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Ability to delegate and communicate effectively.
• Regular attendance and reporting to work as necessary.
• Must be able to meet health requirements and pass Level II background check.

• Assist with managing the overall operation of the Nursing department.
