Qualifications

• FL RN License (Required).
• 2 or more years experience in a skilled nursing LTC facility.
• Proven Leadership skills to direct, lead, and motivate staff.
• Proven educational abilities to train and lead best practices. Strong computer skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
