Center Home for Hispanic Elderly in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily operations of a skilled nursing facility and lead a dedicated nursing team. The role focuses on compliance, quality metrics, and resident-centered care under a collaborative leadership structure.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (or related field), an active IL RN license, and at least 2 years in a nursing leadership role. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Formación

• BSN or related field required.
• Active RN license in Illinois required.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in a skilled nursing facility.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing including supervision of nursing staff and development of policies and procedures.
• Assist in development and management of the nursing budget.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as census, revenue and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient care needs.
• Provide orientation, training and coaching to nursing staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategies to reduce re-hospitalization rates.
