The ADON will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, support survey readiness, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of operation and staff stability.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license required (Compact ok).
• Minimum 2+ years of ADON experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and DOH survey processes.
• Experience supporting survey readiness and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage nursing staff in a SNF environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily oversight of nursing operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Assist with survey preparation, regulatory inspections, and plans of correction.
• Supervise unit managers, RN supervisors, and nursing staff.

Location: Lake Worth, FL

A Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake Worth, FL is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support oversight of clinical operations and nursing staff. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role requiring prior ADON experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

The ADON will partner directly with the Director of Nursing to maintain regulatory compliance, support staffing stability, and ensure high standards of resident care.
