LTC Therapy Services in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This hands-on leadership role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations and resident care.

The ADON will supervise nursing staff, monitor clinical practices and regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, and coach the team to uphold high standards of care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

Salary: $110,000-$115,000 per year
