Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, directing, and evaluating Nursing Department services. You will ensure compliant standards, adequate staffing, and effective communication with physicians, families, and residents.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with the healthcare team, and adherence to quality indicators while advancing resident independence and holistic care.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN or LPN licensure in the state of employment.
• Experience in nursing management/administration preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with elders and diverse residents.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in planning and evaluating Nursing Department services.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels through training and personnel processes.
• Communicate changes in resident status to physicians and families promptly.
• Maintain standards of care and facility policies.
• Work on the floor when needed and perform self-audits of quality indicators.
