Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead quality resident care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. This role demands dependable leadership and strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced setting.

The ADON will oversee care planning, MDS coordination, infection control, staffing, and documentation, partnering with physicians and teams to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board.
• Experience in leadership/management roles in nursing.
• Background in geriatric or long‑term care nursing is preferred.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing needs and step in to assist floor staffing when needed.
• Oversee resident care, contributing to MDS, care planning, performance improvement and infection control programs.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs.
• Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to design individualized care plans.
• Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources.
• Conduct assessments and implement infection control measures.
