Beecan Health seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support leadership and operations in our United States facility. The ADON will guide nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in strategic planning to elevate patient care outcomes.

The role emphasizes nursing management, staff development, budgeting, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality and efficiency in all clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program.
• Must maintain a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing policies and standards for high-quality patient care.
• Support strategic planning to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency in the nursing department.
• Participate in budgeting, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation for financial sustainability.
• Lead and manage nursing teams through mentorship, supervision, and professional development.
• Oversee personnel management including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication and continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and patient care excellence.
