Job summary

Responsibilities

• Nursing Department Leadership: Support the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and enforcing policies.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, participate in chart audits, and oversee infection control, care planning, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Staff Development and Oversight: Participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews while promoting professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
